1. It is forbidden to use cheat codes and all sorts of “bugs” during the game, which appear as a result of using additional programs.
Regarding save files. When deciphering the phrase, loopholes will be found. It could simply be: "It is forbidden to load save files without the participation of the opponent(s).". And then – comments, if needed. By the way, save files can also be analyzed using other programs. Allowing third parties to review the save file for serious map bugs in the absence of the organizers is permissible, as not everyone can wait an indefinite amount of time for competent individuals.
Regarding postponing the game.
The problem is that the control (last) save file is stored with the player, and he can do anything with it, and it is unknown at what stage (how many moves each hero has made) he created it. Therefore, it would be better to save the game for the first player and make a turn, and the second player saves – but does not move. The game should then be resumed by loading the game for the first player, and he immediately passes the turn. This thus adheres to the principle of online play. The save and game closing feature in Baratortcha is not fully developed, but it will be very helpful in this regard in the future.
Regarding streams. As twaryna noted, there are streams and broadcasts. For him, a stream is essentially a way to express himself (in the context of Heroes 3) as a stage for an artist. And all of this has nothing to do with the in-game discipline of Heroes 3. The same chat can be organized outside the stream by creating a special support group, or if there is a similar live person nearby the player, but no one sees it. Hints in the chat can even be key, especially for an inexperienced player. But this still needs to be implemented. Streaming is a completely different side of Heroes, and not a gameplay one. And it does not need to be regulated until Heroes becomes a commercial game.
