If any regulation of streams is necessary, it should only be in terms of comments – if an opponent objects to them, the comments can simply be turned off. The question is, only a few people will be against comments, and everything will be played and streamed as usual.
This is what I can suggest on the topic.
Personally, streams don't bother me at all. Let all the top players gather there and give advice to the opponent.
