DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”
If any regulation of streams is necessary, it should only be in terms of comments – if an opponent objects to them, the comments can simply be turned off. The question is, only a few people will be against comments, and everything will be played and streamed as usual. This is what I can suggest on the topic. Personally, streams don't bother me at all. Let all the top players gather there and give advice to the opponent.
Streams without comments are pointless. It's the same as banning streams.
