DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”
In chaos tournaments held at the club, unlike recent CIS championships, hints were officially prohibited, even when a well-meaning person wasn't looking at the opponent's screen.
If a judge identified a hint-giver, they would receive a warning the first time, and then be removed from the gaming area.
Similarly, this could be implemented here; if the streaming engine allows, they could be kicked out of the chat, but with a warning first.
However, this applies to tournaments, especially in key matches; for maximum concentration and to minimize distractions in the chat, the stream could be re-streamed with commentary from the host-judge!
But fun matches are just fun matches!
