What is your opinion about neutral creatures?

I've never had him. Oh, what a pity. But I remember how he beat me, and after the victory, I got some valuable artifact (so valuable that I don't remember what it was). By the way, a question - why is he a dragon without wings? Every self-respecting dragon has them. And if they have atrophied, then he's just some kind of reptile, a lizard-monitor :D
