Sash, I personally think that the rules should state whether streams are allowed or prohibited. Just close this issue. I think the most effective approach would be a vote, and 90% of the forum would be in favor of open streams and discussions about the games... Since they don't really bring much benefit. (I think the streams just distracted and hindered all the tournament finalists...)

As I already wrote - If you're playing and see that no one is streaming, create a stream; there are always people who are just interested in watching!!!
