If he had provided the necessary explanations and confirmed that Stiky was responsible, this whole situation could have been avoided. If there are doubts about the competence or impartiality of an authorized individual, the issue should be immediately brought up for general discussion, without giving the opponent time to prepare for an attack or gather arguments. This is one of those cases where delaying action does not benefit the defending side. Again, returning to Rebel, if he had initiated the discussion himself and thought through a defense strategy, the decision might have been different. In borderline situations, this can help sway the balance in your favor. And in general, it's easier to defend yourself before a decision is made than to try to get it overturned afterward.
