What seems impossible on day 111 is actually possible: you attack goblins, and two stacks of 30 units move first, demoralizing and naturally finishing off the archers.

Respected R55Max is surprised that this happened on day 115, not 111. He seems to genuinely believe that by this point, the tower should have 100% nagas. To clarify, my army at the end of day 115 consisted of 70 griffin riders, 6 or 7 gargoyles, 3 golems, and 40+ skeletons (the most significant losses: 18 griffin riders and several gargoyles when breaking through 30+ orcs on barbarian-controlled land). So, losing even a couple of dozen griffin riders was quite critical, although on day 113, I captured a "relic" called "Spirit of Despair," and I was no longer afraid of the morale of neutral creatures.
