What irritates me most in the description of such situations is the "off-screen laughter" of those who, unlike the much-discussed Indra, actually constantly analyzes saved games, watches opponents' streams, and secretly cheats. Some people do these things so skillfully that they end up with an unassailable reputation as "the most honest" players and continue to secretly mock the "inept map hackers." In general, your AK and similar things are complete nonsense. I wouldn't impose any additional penalties beyond the in-game penalties for such behavior. It's like banning participation in international matches for a year in football, in addition to a red card, for a tackle from behind.
