Who told you that you need to attack specifically with two angels? There will also be monks, knights, archers, and spearmen. It’s enough to place them in the fortress during the first week. + possible external dwellings and cons/hives (you need to monitor this from the very beginning). And if there is a lot of money, make Archons – they are very strong units. Well, besides, as I already said - grass is richer. Play around in single-player mode and see/confirm it yourself
