By the way, has anyone tried leveling up a Necromancer? Since this project provides magic to raise the dead... which is quite good....

I think leveling up a Necromancer is not a good idea.
In general, there's no point in leveling up anyone other than the starting hero. IMHO.
He already has expert logistics, and in a tournament, hero speed is even more important.
There is very little time allotted for leveling up. And there isn't even a starting castle!!!
Strong troops are practically not needed for the hero in such tournaments. If there was more time, then maybe you could think about a more suitable hero.
