We started on the first day, but the game ended up being played in 4 sessions, because both of us got below-average spawns. In my case, also completely without external dwellings! On the second week, I somehow managed to take the Griffin Conservatory 3+4 with low-tier troops, leaving all the caps in the max-level area with Haste.. On turn 126, I go to hit the GO - 41 bears (where did that many come from? ) without mass magic, they hit me pretty hard, because with 4 attack the damage was decent, miraculously killed them without serious losses. Then I saw a stack of cyclopes - didn't go for it, and rightly so, I would have gotten wrecked. A turn later, the opponent sends a scout hero, reveals a future of giants and 250+ caps, and runs back to his respawn - to take Dragon Utopias and upgrade titans. I have 9 angels, a titan, and 13 wyverns in my army. On turn 131, I take a 2-artifact Dragon Utopia and a Red Orb behind a horde of enchanters. The Dragon Utopia was generous with a useless spell scroll +10 and Boots of Levitation. Then a tree for fairies, and I run to the grey bears, where I have an epic fail - I forget to remove the orb, losing 10 wyverns and an angel.. +35 lizards and 30 flies, then ran around a bit more and fought on turn 136. The trade looked favorable to me; who knew there were 3(!) external dwellings of giants.. Then I went into the Inferno zone, and Vova took the central Castle near his GO. I reveal 3 Dragon Utopias (planning to take the first one for the long-awaited fifth-level spell hat) and then Vova makes a mistake and takes the Castle in the snows, without breaking the guard into the zone (he thought I had broken it, but not quite :D ) Thanks for the game!!
PS. If it weren't for the brilliant leveling of Tazar and a couple of decent battles, there would have been nothing to add to my plus side at all.
