Technical issues when launching the game.

I don't know if everything worked after the New Year. But now, when I turn it on, the computer freezes, and the screen goes black.
Maybe the volume label is causing a problem? When booting, ScanDisk pops up and says: "Volume label is..." - and then there are some incomprehensible symbols. The label is for the drive where the games are installed. But other games work.
