So, what's the deal with Pikudram? Is a restart mandatory, optional, or not required at all?
What does a "subjective restart" mean?

Kostya could have outlined the main points, at least those that people voted for. But since he didn't, we follow the seasonal rules - there's no restart for Pikugendram, and 3 subjective restarts are allowed. A subjective restart is a restart that a player takes at their own discretion in the early days of the game (111+111+111 or 112+111 or 113). All other restarts (based on a hero above level 1, a block, etc.) are not considered subjective.
