111 Pandora's Box with 50 Wolves + Conservatory + 3 Dragon Fly Hives and 3 Dragon Utopias on 2 respawns decided the game.
112 I get a grade of Elves, I rescue Lointz from prison, level 10 with Expert Water Magic and Advanced Catapult. He settles in the village tavern, there is immediately a Mage Guild. Another Dragon Fly Hive is discovered and +2 Speed.
113 I build Mage Guild 2, there is Bolt, Ice Bolt, Slow, and Cure. Ivor breaks through the guard of the Dragon Fly Hive, it's serious, I can't handle it yet. Lointz breaks through a group of 21 Demons for +2 Speed, got Earth Magic and is going to take a Pandora's Box for 10+ group of Pegasi. The chain takes +1 HP, also +1 HP is on Sticky.
114 I break myself and take a Pandora's Box for 10K x2 XP and break myself back to the tavern to take the uniques from the Pandora's Box for +4 Attack and a Dragon Utopia. I bought everyone available and went into the Dragon Fly Hive with essentially zero Astral, quick battle showed a loss (Dragon Fly Hive of 6), but in melee with Hypnosis I managed :D.
Afterwards I broke myself with a scout hero into a secondary town and gave Tyris a ring and +2 Speed.
115 Tyris takes the first Griffin Conservatory out of 3, a 2-stack, and stands near the second, 2-4.
I am already experiencing a severe time limit, 0 left, checked a couple more Dragon Fly Hives, all 3 have 50-99, but nothing to take them with. I take the Pandora's Box with uniques, there's 5k gold :(
116 2 Conservatories, 2+3 Tyris grabs and prepares to take a 1-2 Dragon Utopia the next day.
I bring uniques and with everyone together with Grands accidentally enter a Dragon Fly Hive (8), leaving them all there, and immediately a second one (12), after them only 22 ducks remain and all the eater is gone.

117 Dragon Utopia 2-stack, and there they give a Skullcap +2 HP on an Elixir, but they eat all the Wolves. From the relics: a Tome of Earth Magic and a Shield +12.
On my turn I take the artifacts, break myself, and take the Dragon Fly Hive with just the ducks easily. Only because of my own stupidity I don't reach my minimal Dragon Utopia :( Had to give the artifacts back and sit in the tavern.

121 Sticky buys out and brings from external dwelling, grades bears, total 6 come out, and takes another Dragon Utopia, a 3-stack, there's a Teapot, Armor +4/4, Sphere of Vulnerability. Further, a GR from 10-19 Angels falls, and right away a Pandora's Box for 20 Zealots is taken.
I build Mage Guild 5, there's Fly, I bring the buyout from the Rampart and take a Dragon Utopia, there's a Shield +4 All.

122 In the center +5 All, a Dragon Fly Hive for 8 ducks and a Pandora's Box for 5 Red Dragons. I Fly to the barbarian respawn, double my mana, and give the shield to the noob.
123 Dragon Utopia, there's a Hat of level 5 (but no mana) and Titan's Platemail. Lointz on a Pegasus waits to break himself into the center Castle.
124 Wings for Fanatics, the central dungeon, there's a tavern, and Gosh is discovered. The noobs took another Dragon Fly Hive and a Pandora's Box for 30 group Harpies. Tyris near Gosh picks up a Pandora's Box for 15 Scorpions and attacks.
Both have Expert Tactics.

Tyris seemingly 28-24-20(21) +2 Speed + Elixir 5 Red Dragons 5 Angels 6 group Bears 30+ ducks 20 Zealots 30 group Harpies 15 Scorpions.
Gosh 12-14-16(161) 1+1+30 group Wyverns 4 Angels 236 group Skeletons 72 group Gogs.

Tyris mass Haste, Angels, Bears, and Dragons pile on the ducks, Scorpions and ducks go for the skeletons, practically neither side remains, then the Harpies cover the Gogs, and a surrender follows.
