I had Life Mage Guild with tactics (sledges) + Chaos Mage Guild with a book. At some point, my opponent positioned a tactics unit under a confusion spell, and from there it became easier.

Again Life, this time with sledges, which he immediately retreated into. I just needed to block the path, since all his troops except angels were melee, but for some reason I teleported the nagas to the heroes. In the second round, morale triggered on the crusaders, who immediately killed the tactics unit.

Optimal(Nature) lose Zybr(Chaos)
Lots of artifacts for tactics + robe of the guardian + confusion in the castle + 105 Evil Eyes. The 5 Champions were very scary, and my opponent also stood in a square formation, which made my task easier. Plus the dragon strength was immediately dispelled from the phoenixes.

I spent 2 of my restarts and ended up drawing a chocolate. Sovereigns with decent tactics + confusion + mass misfortune + robe + dragon shield. My opponent fought stubbornly, but the matchup was too favorable for me.
