Let's organize a tournament.

There's a suggestion to hold a team-pair tournament. That is, a team consists of 2 people, and when teams meet, the players play 4 games against each other (each player from one team plays against each of the 2 players from the other team). If desired, a 5th game can be added – a pair game (but this will likely significantly increase the duration of the match). However, it's not very clear how to create balanced teams.
