Orton was Taler, and I think Grave killed him. Why not Azar? A powerful mage wouldn't need a gang of bandits to kill a victim; he would go on the mission himself. Also, there's no mention of magic anywhere. I find it hard to believe that peaceful Grave is such a drug addict that he would kill everyone indiscriminately for two days in a row, so he's probably a member of Salamander (because the murder is further away from the Order). Eternal Flame, I think, indicates that the victim belonged to the Order, and the clue could be, for example, a two-meter height, a fist the size of a head, or a knockout with one punch. Alexeagle - Shani - was clearly killed by Magister, because "respected rich man," and besides Jacob and Azar, no one else can use magic. The convulsion, it seems, was indeed due to the fish steak. I'm puzzled by the clue. Maybe the killer's smile or the fact that it was the second attack that was fatal? Or maybe the clue is hidden in the preface with the old woman?
