Ar, do you agree that silencing is the most useless special ability for Mafia?

At the beginning of the game, yes, but towards the end, it can be a game-changer. However, Salamanders don't have any other special abilities at the beginning except for killing. Perhaps the random draw didn't help them, but instead gave them silencing, so they didn't have a choice when using their special abilities.
