The bottom part is some kind of yellowish-white, and the top is dirty brown. ALMOST black.

Negroes also have white palms :D, and they are usually not black, but rather range from yellow to black-purple, depending on the tribe :D
However, this does not prove that monkeys (sub-humans) originated from them (just as sub-dragons originated from black dragons) :D :D :D
The game has a fairly extensive dragon evolution tree - in the third game, there are as many as 7 branches. Black dragons occupy only one branch, and any dragon can degenerate.
