We sketched out the setup, from the castles left: Castle, Conflux, Citadel. Opp chose a castle, I took Conflux.
At first I got 2 bad draws, then Blue got 3 bad draws. Moreover, on one draw there were 3 external dwellings of air elementals almost right next to the castle.
111 - I had 1 rest left, Ciele shows up with 4 air elementals, and they are built, total 10 from the start. I scatter to 5 heroes, see a Pandora's box with 50+ halflings, but blocked by 10+ medusae for the path to the secondary (grass), gold seems to be decently sprinkled, I see useless external dwellings of ice elementals, fire elementals. Ciele gets Earth right away. I see only one Mercury - this is bad. The respawn is not large. I decide not to tempt fate and play.
112-113 I clear resources, gold, shield +2. 7 heroes. There's an external dwelling of birds with 100+ green dragons guarding.
114- When breaking through the medusae and halflings, 5 air elementals fell on the battlefield.
115- I take a Pandora's box for 5000 gold, very good, just as I hoped. 4 heroes are scouting the secondary in search of Mercury and gold! No mercury! Need 4 more
116- I take Castle, set up markets in two castles, Ciele gets Intelligence. Almost right next to Castle there is a portal with a presumed exit to the treasure zone. Dragon Fly Hive guarded by 50+ grand elves.
117- I break the medusa dwelling on 4. I trade resources for Mercury, since I didn't find the coveted flask of Mercury. I build birds and buy them out.
121- from the mini-gnome dwelling, 3 water mills, and trading the remaining resources, I hire a hero and buy 2 birds and 1 berserker. I break the portal guard of 10+ diamond golems. Inside is a Pandora's box and a shield +6 guarded by 50+ royal griffins, and 2 Pandora's boxes guarded by 10+ red dragons.
122- I break through 50+ grand elves for the Dragon Fly Hive - it's max, I come out of there with 4 birds and 12 Wyverns. Immediately 85 royal griffins, in the Pandora's box 80 troglodytes. There's an exit to Blue's respawn.
123- I head towards Blue, there's a well on the way. I position 2 hexes away from Gelar.
Ciele: 1 7 5 4 (120) 4 birds 12 Wyverns 80 troglodytes 8 air elementals 33 pixies.
