I'll play devil's advocate, but I'll still shock you. Swamp is one of the strongest factions. Lizardmen are among the best creatures at level 2; Mighty Gorgons are the best at level 5, unequivocally, even Minotaurs can't compare; Wasilisks are quite above average, and there's also the hero Bron; Dragonflies are the fastest from levels 1-5 + weakness and dispel, this ability is constantly used; the teleport ability of the Hydra has been discussed 10,000 times, and the heroes are also strong, like Tazar and Bron.
This is also quite superficial (I don't have much online experience, but I'd like to...), my statements aren't very profound, but it's definitely not the weakest faction, but a very strong one.
