Well, it's a typical user agreement spanning thousands of pages, which no one ever reads because it's just too long. They don't write anything about personal data. They provide a link that's supposed to lead to more details. Strangely, it leads to the Ubisoft homepage. Who knows where to find this "privacy agreement" – only a homeless person from Kazan would know (-_-).
I just tried to postpone the subscription, and it seems to have worked. But the next time I visit, they'll probably keep bothering me with this agreement...
