It lists the restarts, and then there's a point - after each restart, the players change colors. The interpretation is that all restarts fall under this. I don't see anything wrong with that. Everything is random; the player who was at the top of the table always started with the red color, I was in the lower part, and I was always blue at the start, but the color randomized due to all sorts of restarts.
