Got off to a decent start - took a scout: saw a Griffin Conservatory (large), a couple of crypts, an external dwelling of Basilisks and Gnolls, plus a decent starting artifact +2 Knowledge. Decided to go for it! On the way, I clear the guards, capture a secondary Dungeon, immediately set up a portal there, a Basilisk dwelling, good thing I didn't upgrade the Gnolls)))) scouting around the Dungeon reveals a Griffin Conservatory, a Dragon Fly Hive, and lots of gold and resources. By day 1.1.7 I have a decent stack of Basilisks, a couple of Wyverns, and some shooters.

2 week

I check the Griffin Conservatory near the Dungeon - turned out to be a level 1, I bring reinforcements with logistics heroes, and take it on day 1.2.3. and head straight for the Dragon Fly Hive, captured it the next turn (a decently large one with 8 Wyverns, now 13 Wyverns in the army!) I split with Tazar in the Swamp, bring the army with logistics heroes and take the level 3 Griffin Conservatory near my Castle, and the Naga Bank. With the proceeds, I upgrade the Wyverns.
By day 1.2.7 I have 13 upgraded Wyverns, almost 30 Basilisks, and shooters, and I cleared a path to another secondary, judging by the terrain it's Swamp, which is where I was heading.

3 week

I run into the Swamp, found a portal to the treasure zone, it's hard to move with Angels, but scouting spotted an unguarded exit to the Underground and that the Swamp was captured by the enemy, so it's dangerous to spread out! I hide my main from enemy eyes in the portal. I spread out with logistics heroes around the area, found the opponent's main - rushed there with Tazar, made it in 2 turns, and sat down in it to ramp up..
