Connecting to Conflux.

Hello. Could you tell me where the save files are stored in this Conflux? I had to reinstall the game, and I thought I would be able to start from where I left off, but that didn't happen – the save files exist, but only from the middle of the previous campaign, even though I was always playing online before the system crashed. The mission progress has been saved – I have access to the second Inferno mission, but I can only start it with a level 1 hero (the hero's development has not been saved).
Please help.
