to IronAxe: Regarding the first part of your post: You are exaggerating... and this only confirms what I wrote in the first part of this post.
Further:
There is nothing to understand here; the current rating reflects the current state of affairs. If you haven't played or played poorly, your rating will drop. What's not clear about that? And look at the avatar for coolness.
You didn't answer the question. What is the purpose of the current rating? To display the strength of play of all players or just one? Answer this question clearly.
