Fayadan is defending the capital (and doesn't take a single step outside the castle). We buy a new hero (I think it was Wingrael), give him the dragons and some minor units for dealing with neutral creatures. Then we sail to the left and down to capture the castle. The siege should be easy (the main thing is to keep as many dragons alive as possible). Next, we eliminate the enemy's main tank; I lured him into the castle with Wingrael and killed him without any problems during the defense. Then, a little bit of leveling up and building/buying troops for Wingrael (only acquire units without losses; any expenses on neutral creatures are unacceptable).
