I don't think there's a way. Yes, it would be good to disable the default option to buy all units or add an extra key for it, because in reality, you often have to buy them one by one or in other quantities. And it doesn't save time - it wastes it.

• It has somehow become problematic to launch the game if you are playing with a password. When you try to launch it, a window pops up saying that it is waiting for input from another player. But the other player does not see the corresponding window with the password prompt. You have to give up using a password.
