SA is a targeted skill build that, according to the developers, is the most optimal. Of course, there are specific cases where other skills are needed at low levels, for example, if you have few troops, the enemy is strong, and having a tent is very useful, or, for example, chaos magic is very useful when you need to kill about 5-10 level 7 creatures, and you only have 2 gremlins in your army. But chaos magic is not very useful if you are fighting an army of about 1,000, in which case you need other abilities, such as defense and attack, or dark magic. Each case is different, and you shouldn't focus on a specific case; instead, you should consider the average value. And the developers definitely know what is best and have created SA.
