We started without restarts. Shakti came immediately with 3 stacks and Luna. The 2nd level is built. An external dwelling of air elementals is visible beyond the archers.
All of the first week I was scraping together gold for birds at the Citadel and finally built them with the last money.

On the 2nd week, 3 marketplaces with full exchange, and Shakti with 5 birds first into a naga bank, then towards an Inferno secondary hero — a Griffin Conservatory is visible there. Around turn 125 I captured the 2nd Conservatory, Shakti levels up well — earth and logistics expert were given. We split up and return home, then hit 40 efreeti with GS on the enemy's GO. Slow carries the day — only 4 faerie losses. Then in the same manner I smash a bunch of blockers in the pre-Treasure — Shakti gains about level 3 just from the guards.
Meanwhile, the opponent is spotted in his adjacent zone taking a Conservatory. There were 2 options: refill mana at the Necromancer center and go for the opponent's GO (100 diamonds) or head into the unexplored Treasure zone without mana and without Pathfinding. I decided to refill mana.
On the opponent's turn I see he has taken the Conservatory and passed everything to the noob who captured the central Castle.
127 Shakti catches the noob without a spell book with all his might — after oil and several rounds comes the surrender.
