The mandatory date for finishing the game is the LAST DAY of the ALREADY EXTENDED tournament. Essentially, it's a postponement of the technical result, so I won't extend it by even one day. The game must be played to the bitter end; whoever can't handle it or can't continue for any other reason and is the first to leave the game will receive a technical defeat.

- Also, a change regarding the time for the start of the mandatory finish will be added to the rules (will take effect from the final round). The average time to start the game is 6:00 PM Moscow time. But if, for example, players living in different time zones are playing, the start time will be chosen as the average.

Example: player1 lives in +6 Moscow time, player2 -2 Moscow time. The difference is 8 hours. Divide the difference in half. The result is a start time of +2 Moscow time for the first player = 8:00 PM local time, and -6 Moscow time for the other = 2:00 PM local time.
