- It is forbidden to use cheat codes and all kinds of "bugs" during the game.

This is the same as adding a clause to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation stating that "it is forbidden to do bad things."

This wording has been carried over from one version of the rules to another. This clause appeared when people on the forums didn't yet know how to play and were afraid that more experienced players from other resources would start using something. Now people have become more knowledgeable, and the rules should be clear. If something is not allowed, it should be clearly stated what exactly is not allowed, in points 1, 2, 3, etc.

And if the physics guide contained an accurate description of the berserk mechanic (which is quite possible, as the mechanism has been known for a long time), would it be considered a feature? Maybe it should just be added to the physics guide?
