I was talking about the fact that all the points in the rules that allow for ambiguous interpretation need to be refined on a case-by-case basis, and if infinite arrows, reinforcing castle walls, etc., can be called a feature, then the berserk loop cannot be, it's a bug. But, limiting it with rules is also not an option, as too many nuances may arise, including unforeseen ones.
I believe that the following wording, which is approximately the same in meaning, will be sufficient:
It is forbidden to deprive an opponent of control over their units by applying the Berserk spell for more than one round, in the case where at least 1 unit under Berserk can attack someone
i.e., in a situation where Berserk has looped, either apply it again in the next round, or leave the opponent with some unit to regain control of the battle (in this case, the looped unit can at least be cast with a spell and brought out of the stupor, which is equivalent to regaining control))
Of course, there are options that account for minor flaws in one direction or the other, but they are minor.
