From the regulations governing the AK’s activities:
In case one of the members of the AK has a direct connection to the issue at hand (is an interested party), they will not participate in the discussion and decision-making regarding this dispute.
This tournament is not official. The AK can consider the matter upon mutual request from the players, but then the AK's decision will be binding on both parties, regardless of whether it is in their favor.
If the AK recognizes all actions as legitimate and validates the result, I will withdraw from the tournament; my teammate supports me in this endeavor...
as for the AK, it wasn't my idea
although initially, I thought that everything happened accidentally with our respected opponents
so I didn't worry much, things happen
but if this was intentional, then there is a clear case of exploiting game bugs, albeit unrecorded ones
but in this context, it is more a question of ethics than the tournament result
PS.
There was a controversial moment with the finalist of the last Moscow tournament when he demanded that the game result be canceled because he did not know about the properties of one-sided creatures in Might and Magic. If he didn't know, well, who would have guessed.
