Let's assume this isn't a terrible bug, but a feature (although I still don't think it is). A feature like placing two-hex units on the tactical map, like some of the properties of the black orb, etc. Provide proof that this is a bug and not a feature.
And it's incorrect to argue that few people know about this. There was a controversial moment with the finalist of the last Moscow tournament when he demanded that the game result be canceled because he didn't know about the properties of one-way teleporters. If he didn't know, then that's his problem. And what if it turns out that he didn't know that a Necromancer has the ability to raise skeletons after a battle, Priests raise demons, a hero with the "Logos" skill has more mana points, and Craig has a bonus to attack, and that's why he lost... Should the results be canceled? )))))
Learn the game mechanics! Especially since a lot has already been written about this.
And as Medium already wrote in the chat, it's much harder to prohibit using this "bug" than to leave it as is.
