What is your opinion about neutral creatures?

I never had it happen to me. Too bad. But I remember how he defeated me, and after the victory, I received some valuable artifact (so valuable that I don't remember what it was). By the way, a question – why is he a dragon without wings? Every self-respecting dragon has them. And if they have atrophied, then he's just some kind of reptile, a lizard-monitor :D
