You're probably talking as someone who spends all 10 minutes thinking before moving the mouse.
10 minutes allows you to fully play on templates like Jebus, Mininoasty, HL, and this doesn't mean spending 10 minutes on every turn (or do you think using it to the fullest is the goal:trollface:?), it means having an extra 2 minutes in reserve for key turns that essentially decide the outcome of the game. The game duration will increase only slightly, but the quality will noticeably improve. It's a shame you don't understand that.
