How long does a game last ON AVERAGE, in game days and in real hours?

It depends on the game. If you play a rush strategy and attack through the secondary, it might take 2-3 hours. If you go for a longer game, it might not be enough in 10 hours. It's hard to say for sure, as it depends on the opponent and how the events unfold. Be prepared for 6-8 hours.
