I think you'll get tired of this, if it's even possible. These fairies are so small, and they fly around. :)
And on the first turn, Sandro will rush to your Fortress and you'll build Magic 2.
On the second turn, you'll build Magic 3, and Sandro will move forward, right? And when he returns after the Vampire attack, that's Magic 4. Or will you go without it, or will you hang around the Fortress for another turn?
That's exactly what it is (it's a pain). I spent the whole evening trying to find a suitable map, but at best, I ended up with maps where Sandro was attacked by three fairy units. So I abandoned this option.
Instead, I came up with a new one, based on my old playthrough without mana boosting. The trick is this: in the old version, after befriending the fairies, I used them to clear out all the skeletons at the Ghost and Squire dwellings, and then I gave the Altar of War to Solmyr, while Sandro did practically nothing on the second day, except for clearing out the Tiger Glade and four Medusas from the party near the Orcish Treasure. This time, I decided to level up Sandro a bit on the second day instead of Solmyr.
So, on the first day, I only cleared out two skeleton parties with the fairies, then I optimally positioned the fairies so they could take turns, with enough movement points left over. Solmyr, of course, activated the sawmill and grabbed the Golden Armor. The first day is over. :)
On the second day, I send Sandro to the Tiger Glade, then he moves towards the Squires on rotating fairies and clears them out. Then he goes to the Altar of War and takes it. He runs out of moves there, and the fairies fly back. Solmyr activates the quarry and buys skeletons in two Ghost dwellings. He also moves, using rotating fairies. On his last move, he approaches Sandro. The purchased skeletons move closer to the Nomads, and the free fairies also move. The third skeleton party attacks Sandro and Solmyr. They naturally retreat to the Fortress and replenish their mana. :D
On the third day, I build Magic level 4, learn Vampire Attack, and Sandro clears out the Nomads. Then I send a fairy forward, she clears out the Leprechauns and Mummies with Zombies, takes the Boots, and passes them to Sandro. He, with a bunch of purchased skeletons, clears out the Medusa and Thief party. Solmyr approaches him. One fairy manages to fly far towards the crystals.
No one else will return to the Fortress. Sandro will slowly move towards the Shipyard. Solmyr will support him, and the fairies will take out any monsters along the way. I won't touch the Orcish Treasure; I think I'll have enough money to build the Mausoleum and buy two Nosferatu by the beginning of the fifth day.
So, after boarding the ship, you want to immediately attack the Chaos Fortress? I don't know; I think the Nature Fortress is more important here, as it provides mana. You should also get a second hero by now. You're slacking off. And what do you need the Chaos hero for? You'll still be doing the main battles with the vampires and Sandro.
Besides, while you're messing around in the trees instead of boarding the ship, your economy might stagnate, and it's very important here. The sooner you board the ship, the faster you'll get rich, and the more different artifacts you'll be able to buy. So, IronAxe, think carefully about whether to go to the Elementals.
I'm going to play the fourth day now, and I'll check the gold calculations, although I'm not completely sure yet. I'll be testing it. :)
