I've read this book, and it's quite interesting. Although it's heavily biased, to understand this, you need to imagine the psychology of that time and the psychology of power in general. Specifically regarding Zhukov, if everything was as Suvorov described, he wouldn't have reached the level he did. Such people are more of a headache than an asset to any leadership.

Furthermore, I personally know several people of this type, and with a little effort, something similar to Suvorov's words could be written about them. This doesn't prevent them from being valuable employees, good leaders, and so on.

This is essentially the basis of the other criticisms of Suvorov – he shows reality, albeit vividly, but in a one-sided and biased way. And reality is much richer and more nuanced.

And, of course, the strong smell of English money in his pocket is impossible to ignore... :)
