Connecting to Conflux.

"Connecting to Conflux..." This message has been bothering me for several hours. I've changed/deleted the host, reinstalled the launcher, the game, and downloaded (licensed, of course) clients from different sources, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. What am I doing wrong? On the website http://heroes-6-conflux.uk.ubi.com, when I try to access Conflux, it says: "NO DATA FOUND Your Uplay account does not seem to have any data found for Heroes VI" although the account is linked in Uplay.
