I simply went through all of this myself – first, you become fascinated by some concept, but the more you examine and study it, the more contradictions you find in it, and over time you realize that almost everything is wrong.

There are valuable ideas in their works, and they openly declare and illustrate with their own example the most valuable one – that history is an object for manipulation, often quite brazen, so it should be believed very cautiously, and one should try to study different sources.
