Question: How do you take the last unit before dismissing a hero in the mod?

Is there a way to avoid constantly entering the IP address manually? System: Win7

This doesn't require a mod. I don't know how it's done in Win7, but in XP, it can be configured in the connection settings by changing the priority. I don't remember the details; I would be grateful if someone could provide a hint or a link.
