No one contacted me until I received a private message on the forum and responded myself. They couldn't establish a connection, so I suggested that my opponent download GameRanger. After waiting for 15 minutes at 4 AM, I fell asleep. He didn't contact me again until this message, even though I had messaged him. I don't really care about the outcome, but it's unpleasant to be penalized without any warning. That's why I don't want to participate in such tournaments anymore.
What kind of warning should there be? You simply abandoned this tournament. Strict deadlines were set for the round, and you only showed up after it was over. Your opponent messaged me on ICQ for two days, saying that you weren't responding, so I advised him to send you a private message on the forum, but the response from there came too late. If you're not able to play in multiple tournaments, why did you register in the first place? If you really wanted to play, like you did in the tournament you won, you would have contacted me and told me that you couldn't find your opponent or that there was some other problem, but this time there was silence. What could you possibly be offended about?
