The tournament lasts a year. If each game takes 2 weeks, that means there will be around 25 games. It's possible that more than 50 people will participate in the tournament. Mathematically, this means that some players won't play at all, and some will only play one game. There will be a third group – players who manage to become the "king"... So, the tournament will mostly be for those who can become the king, and there will be 7-8 of them. The tournament is positioned as: "If you're lucky, you play; if you're not, that's okay." IMHO.
