Player rating for tournaments across all installments of Heroes.

It's in the works, it's in the works. I suggest we return to a specific discussion about the ranking after the first round of the King's Bounty tournament is over. Once we have data from five stages, each using a different version of Heroes, we can calculate everything and determine the pros and cons of all the ranking versions. For now, I'll calculate based on both, and we'll see what happens.
