What are you writing about here? What "moved guards" are you talking about? I cleared everything, and it wasn't a problem to get past them; that's the first thing.
Secondly, watch your words about drug intoxication! Be careful with your language! Don't judge others by yourself.
Thirdly, your behavior as an admin is unacceptable. When we started playing, I noticed that the map was created with a Dungeon, but the rules state that M-200 is random and without a Dungeon!!!
