I'll tell you a story about a gym in our city: some Caucasians started coming during another shift, and after about two months, it turned out that they were working out during prime time from 8 to 10 am, which meant that half of those who used to work out in the gym could no longer do so because they simply couldn't get there from work between 6 and 8 am. That's what our officials are like; they do everything for their own people.
