Opp takes rest 111, I take rest 112. Started.
111 Two heroes, Alagar in the tavern. Secondary is herb. Got the "no morale" artifact - good. The layout suits me.
112 I buy Alagar. I clear a path to the secondary - barb. Speed boots are behind a gargoyle lot - very good. I take the secondary, upgrade the gremlin dwellings.
113 I take the boots. They offer intelligence - I take it. I gather resources and gold.
114 I scout the lookout point near the secondary. The path to the opp's main is guarded by a horde of upgraded Eyes and right there is the exit to the opp's treasure zone - a pack of Genies.
115 I take a Crypt and then comes the loss of losses. I accidentally attack the Genie pack and naturally get beaten up and retreat. Prospects are like the dog from the joke.
116-117 Gathering gold and eventually 123 in the castle. Decided to build a castle instead of mages. Because of the hero blunder, I couldn't build mages.
On the respawn, there are two external gremlin dwellings (both colored), a Dwarf Cottage, a couple of Naga Banks, 4 mills, and a total of 3 external markets. Opp scouts with Galtran - the prospect of the dog gets closer and closer.

The decision was not easy. There was a high chance of getting caught in the crossfire, but I decided to risk it, otherwise against Galtran it would be really bad.
As expected, the opp breaks through the horde of Eyes and attacks me. No Angels, no Scorpicore, no Cape of Speed, no Shackles of War - from the army 220 Skeletons, 10 Minotaurs, 11 Harpies, 38 upgraded Eyes, and 16 Medusas. I hit with Ice Bolt for 200 and retreat. The opp's stats are slightly lower than mine, mana is also a bit lower, but he has one Speed.
133 I revive in the secondary. I dump all resources, upgrade the Nagas. I take Sorcery, pull the army from around the corner, and attack.
We exchange spells, my Bolt hits a bit harder than the opp's Bolt, and on top of that he's under Oil. In the end, the opp retreats with 60 Skeletons, 5 Medusas, and 19 Eyes, leaving me without mages and gremlins.
134 I raze the opp's empty central castle. I sit in it and gg.
