It would have been better to move the thread to the Forum; why delete it when people wrote and put effort into it? Besides, it wasn't spam or off-topic; almost everything was relevant.

I won't even mention that phrases like "the organizer has made a decision; those who disagree can complain to the Arbitration Committee" strongly resemble Dubrovinsky's "the Arbitration Committee has made a decision; those who disagree can elect a different Arbitration Committee."
You say that the organizer should make decisions independently, but then you disagree with that. Make up your mind. In your own tournaments, you make the decisions and send those who disagree away. Wicc
A clear explanation of the organizer's position would be much more helpful here. And it's even more helpful when the organizer's position is explained by other players who are not involved.
I agree with the first point, but not the second. The organizer made a decision within the rules. And the rules should have been discussed BEFORE the tournament. Wicc
